Amazon rotomoulded cases and racks

CP Cases manufactures rugged cases and 19 inch racks in tough virgin polyethylene, using the latest rotomoulding techniques.

Amazon cases & racks offer the ultimate protection for equipment against sandstorms, saltwater, impact, vibration and extreme temperatures, keeping it secure during storage & transit and ready for rapid deployment.

Amazon is designed to meet applications in the defence, marine, security, aerospace, oil and gas, satellite and telecommunication markets worldwide.

Amazon rotomoulded cases and racks give all the advantages of rotomoulding but without the normal wasteful thick wall cavity, restrictive narrow top opening and bulky deep lid, giving you more internal space for any given external case size.

Amazon anti-vibration mounted (AVM) racks have a lightweight steel frame, suspended by eight customisable elastomeric mounts, providing optimum ‘sway space’ between the frame and the outer container. The elastomeric AVMs are available in various shore hardness’s to match the equipment payload weight, offering excellent protection against shock and vibration damage.

Amazon products carrying NATO stock numbers (NSN) are accredited to MIL-STD-810F and are available “Quick Ship”, our aim is to dispatch within 7 working days.*

CP Cases designs and manufactures high-performance, protective cases and racks used for transport, operation and storage of essential equipment in commercial and military applications. Many of our products are accredited to MIL-STD-810F, rated IP65 and carry NATO stock numbers.

Amongst the first to market in 1970s with flight cases for the live music industry, CP Cases now offers the broadest range of protective, operational transit cases for defence and security, broadcast and media, medical and scientific, offshore and many other sectors.

With almost 40 years’ expertise producing cases, 19” rack solutions and bags, CP Cases has an unparalleled range of in-house skill and expertise with rotomoulded plastic, aluminium, laminated plywood, HPP, textiles and CNC foam machining.

An extensive selection of options includes climate control (compressor and thermoelectric air conditioning units), EMC shielding; also fire resistance, and anti-static capabilities. We are constantly developing and refining our product range, pioneering the most effective preventative solutions for weather resistance, water ingress, rough handling and severe impact.

Lightweight, shock-mounted transit racks in ruggedised aluminium, available in full and half-rack sizes with optional EMC-compliance, lids on/off. Ideal where weight, strength and portability are critical issues.

SatRack
Unique, super-lightweight solution for portable satellite equipment, available in full 19” and half rack sizes. Originally developed in close consultation with broadcast professionals. Conforms to IATA guidelines for checked-in baggage.
